Khan Foundation Sponsored Computer Literacy Centers
Through VAB NJ’s Computer Literacy Program (CLP) for underprivileged youths of Bangladesh, Imdad-Sitara Foundation sponsored 10 of the first 20 centers and continues to fund them.
Charitable Contribution Highlights

In 2005, the Foundation awarded 120 scholarships to
students in Bangladesh, and that number would double in
the subsequent years.

Sponsored the Joint Research Center for Advanced
system Engineering at the East West University in Dhaka.

Established a Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI)
Research and Development Center at Jahangirabad
Science and Technology Institute in India,

The Foundation plans to establish four kidney dialysis
centers in Rajshahi, Kushtia, Bogra and Rangpur.
